Mila's webpage the largest in Iceland

The visits to Mila’s web cameras have reached 4 million since the first camera was placed at Hvolsvöllur in mars 21. and the webpage now the largest in Iceland. Visits are from all around the world and only 4 countries have still not visited the cameras, North Korea, Somalia, Svalbard/Jan Mayan and Vest-Sahara.

A national record in number of visits

Around 1 million people from 150 countries have visited our website to view the volcano eruption in Eyjafjallajökull. This is probably a national record in number of visits to a single website and the popularity of the website really amazing. Around 62% of the visits came from Iceland and about 38% came from other countries.
