Míla Has over 100 years of experience in building up, maintaining and operating a state of the art telecommunications and data network in Iceland.  Míla's Trunk network is robust and diverse and the ring structure the fiberoptic cable is based on maximises the operating time for any given connection. Míla operates a Network Operatons Centre (NOC) to monitor and track the telecommunications and data network of Míla and Farice cables. Míla has experience in running data centers, on a small scale and operates over 500 technical facilities all over Iceland.

Telecommunications skills are high and computer literacy is very high, approximately 90% of the populaton use the internet on regular bases. The Icelandic people is well educated and language skills are good. Mílas employees are well educated and their experience in running networks and sites is excellent.

Cost of operating data centers in Iceland is low, due to copetitive electrical power prices and year round free cooling t6hat provide exceptional low PUE values.
